通过超高压技求提取人参有效成份,与传统水煎法相比极大地提高了收率。人参总皂苷(以Re计)提取率为4.21%,人参多糖(以葡萄糖计)29.16%,总黄酮含量为0.260%,蛋白质为0.10%。脂肪为1.87%。与传统水煎法相比,人参总皂苷为1.7倍,多糖为1.9倍,总黄酮为5.0倍,蛋白质为2.4倍,脂肪约为1.3倍。
